Supervisor Frank Zuccarelli showed me Thornton Township’s newly expanded Food Pantry, which now has the capacity to serve more residents in need. I was also pleased to learn about Thornton Township’s new job search assistance program, which helps residents search for jobs and fill out applications online. These outstanding food assistance programs help thousands of children, veterans and older adults who are at risk of hunger.
